The Air 1 Difference
On-time delivery
Air 1 Heating shows up when we said we would. It means our
representative arrives at your home or business when you were
told a representative would arrive. Being on time applies to
repairs, installations and sales calls. If a change in time
is necessary, we will properly inform you before the initial
appointed time. All representatives, including installers,
service technicians, or maintenance technicians, arrive at
your home or business when you expect them.
Quality work
The word “quality” often is abused and misunderstood.
Often it mistakenly is associated with price. Is an 18 SEER
air-conditioning system higher quality than a 13 SEER air-conditioning
system? Maybe it is, and maybe it is not. The definition of
quality is very simple—Air 1 Heating’s product
or service does what we said it would do. It meets your expectations
and is a quality installation. If it is an equipment-replacement
installation, it performs as you were told it would when you
invested in our company. If it is a service repair, the equipment
operates as intended and continues to do so for a reasonable
time.
This means quality — whether it is a system replacement,
an accessory product, a service call, a tune-up, or any other
product or service — is affected by the type of equipment
and material we use; the processes Air 1 Heating has in place;
the skill level and the training of our installers, service
technicians, and other coworkers; and the supervision of the
work.

It all starts with the person in our
office who answers the phone. Air 1 Heating people are properly
trained, knowledgeable, and competent. Our representatives
who visit you are clean and neat. We believe that “The
Customer Is The Boss.” We
treat you and your home or business with total respect. Our
pricing is easy to understand and fair.
